All of the auctions contracted are subject to taking
pictures and providing a good listing of the items to be sold. Many of the estate and farm auctions that are offered are held on the residence of the owners and many times there are stressful reasons why they have decided to sell. Such as medical reasons, death of a family member and other sad reasons, it is our job to do the best we can for these sellers, not forgetting the respect that is do a home owner and his family.
It is not uncommon that at the last minute the seller may find an item unbearable to let go of, or ad a numerous amount of items that may be to late to list. We ask your patience in this area.
The pictures and the listing are subject to change. More times than not it usually involves more merchandise than originally listed. These auctions provide a wide variety of merchandise and can include collectabls, antiques, machinery, equipment, tools and more.
